It is part of our corporate philosophy to combine as far as possible all processes involved in product manufacture in immediate vicinity of each other. For this reason, development, manufacture, assembly and inspection f our gearboxes are exclusively performed on our works premises in Karlsruhe-Rheinhafen.

We use state of the art software and methods for the development of our gearboxes. The design is always performed in 3D CAD.

Our production specialises in the processes of turning, milling, toothing and grinding, and is equipped both with modern CNC machines as well as regularly overhauled conventional machines. Our experienced personnel can thus implement the challenging requirements of the design engineers as quickly as possible and with maximum quality for small and large volumes.

Our gearboxes are also exclusively assembled by personnel with many years of experience using state of the art auxiliary equipment. Our own test bench area is available for test runs.
