Gears

As a gearbox manufacturer with our own production facilities, we naturally also manufacture gears. So we’re happy to manufacture your gears. We specialize in components with internal gearing and an outer diameter of 200 to approx. 1,000 mm, e.g. planetary gear carriers or internal gear rings.
In contrast to pure contract manufacturers, with over 90 years of experience in gearbox construction behind us we can provide more than just the machined parts: The possible scope of supply ranges from the design and calculation, creation of drawings and production of prototypes to delivery of the finished parts and/or the assembled components (e.g. planetary gear carriers with planetary gears, axles and bearings).

We also manufacture using samples, e.g. spare parts for industrial gears or historic vehicles that are no longer available. There is also the option of making improvements (e.g. in terms of noise, lifespan) or modifications (e.g. changes to the ratio).
